Tiger Shroff's Baaghi 4 Review War: A-Rated Actioner Leaves Fans Shocked and Surprised

Mumbai, September 5 - Producer Sajid Nadiadwala's action thriller Baaghi 4 starring Bollywood action star Tiger Shroff hit the big screen today, amid decent hype. The movie is directed by Kannada director A Harsha and also stars Sanjay Dutt, Sonam Bajwa, Harnaaz Sandhu, and Shreyas Talpade in prominent roles. Baaghi 4, despite having the franchise advantage, was carrying a pre-assumption thought based on the teaser and trailer that it would be a cheap copy of Animal in terms of violence, but once the film hit the big screens, it left fans and neutral audience surprised with twists and turns, as per initial reception. Going by the early audience reports, it is revealed that while Baaghi 4 stays true to its A-rating, it is much more than what people had thought before release. The audience praises Tiger Shroff and calls the film one of his best works, but at the same time, there is criticism for excessive violence. The official premise of the film reads, "At his lowest, Ronny survives a deadly train crash he never intended to live through. Plagued by grief and guilt, he spirals into self-destruction, haunted by the memory of a woman he loved—and possibly lost. As his mind begins to fracture, reality bends, and those closest to him start questioning what’s real." Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️#Baaghi4 is POWER-PACKED. Tiger Shroff's Baaghi 4 Box Office Preview/Day 1 Prediction: Eyes Double-Digit Opening

Mumbai, September 4 – Bollywood action star Tiger Shroff's wait is about to end as he returns with the fourth instalment of the action-packed Baaghi franchise, which carries decent buzz ahead of release with its advance booking performance. The film is recording one of the best pre-sales for a Tiger Shroff starrer in the post-pandemic era, generating notable buzz among fans and action lovers. Directed by A Harha, Baaghi 4 pre-sales for the opening day are promising, which indicates an opening in the range of 12–13+ crores net. However, sections of the trade remain cautious, expressing scepticism over these pre-sales, particularly due to the past experience of block bookings that can inflate early numbers. Despite this, trade circles are hopeful that Baaghi 4 could secure a double-digit day 1 opening. If the spot booking response remains good, the movie is projected to land in the 9–11 crores net range on opening day, which would still mark one of Tiger Shroff's stronger starts in recent years. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the fourth instalment of the popular action franchise is being closely watched for its box office performance. The Baaghi series has historically opened well thanks to its high-octane action and mass appeal, and Baaghi 4 seems poised to continue the trend, provided it sustains momentum after day 1. With positive early booking trends and fan anticipation, all eyes are now on whether Tiger Shroff’s latest outing can convert its advance sales into solid footfalls and maintain strong collections beyond the opening day. It also stars Sanjay Dutt, Sonam Bajwa, Harnaaz Sandhu, and Shreyash Talpade in prominent roles. Stay tuned...

Baaghi 4 Advance Booking Day 1: Set To Be The Best For Tiger Shroff In Post-Pandemic Era

Mumbai, September 4 - Bollywood action star Tiger Shroff is looking to make a strong comeback at the box office with his upcoming action thriller Baaghi 4 after a series of flops in the post-pandemic world. The early signs of the smashing comeback are looking promising, considering the pre-sales. Directed by A Harsha, Baaghi 4 is surprisingly having a better-than-expected response in the opening day pre-sales and has already raked in around 5 crores gross (without block seats) and when including blocked seats, the number shoots past 7.75 crores, with the final hour left before the release. As the trend indicated, the film has the best advance booking for a Tiger Shroff-starrer in recent times, even better than Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, which also had Akshay Kumar. Opening Day Advance Booking Comparison with Other Tiger Shroff Films - - Bade Miyan Chote Miyan (2024) – It had low bookings considering the star power at 4.81 crores (without block seats), over 7 crores (with block seats) for the first day. - Ganapath (2023) – Registered poor advance bookings, failing to cross even the 3 crore (with block seats) mark for the opening day. - Heropanti 2 (2022) – Also suffered from weak pre-sales, but ended up better than Ganapath with around 5 crores (with block seats) for day 1. With these numbers, Baaghi 4 is on track to surpass Tiger’s recent outings and could emerge as his best opener since the pandemic if spot bookings also trend strongly. The Baaghi franchise has been known for delivering high-octane action and has a strong brand recall among audiences, which is clearly reflected in its advance sales. If momentum continues, Tiger Shroff might finally score the much-needed box office comeback with Baaghi 4, after a string of underperforming releases. The movie, also starring Sanjay Dutt, Sonam Bajwa, Harnaaz Sandhu, and Shreyas Talpade, is scheduled to release on September 5. Stay tuned...

Baaghi Franchise A Step Away From 500 Crore Domestic Box Office Milestone: Baaghi 4 To Do The Honours?

Mumbai, September 2 - Bollywood action star Tiger Shroff's Baaghi franchise has emerged as one of the most bankable action sagas in Bollywood over the past decade. With its high-octane stunts, chartbuster music, and Shroff's ever-growing fan following, the series has maintained consistent box office success across its three instalments so far. The stage is set for the fourth instalment, which releases on September 5. Directed by A Harsha, Baaghi 4 is the darkest film in the Baaghi franchise, being the first to get an A certificate from CBFC. There is a great deal that depends on this film, which is also a make-or-break moment for Tiger, who has been going through a rough period. The success of Baaghi will not only give a big relief to Tiger, but it will take the Baaghi franchise past 500 crores gross collection at the domestic box office. Collectively, the franchise has already amassed around 428 crores in India with three films, making it one of the few Bollywood action series to maintain steady commercial momentum. With the arrival of Baaghi 4, the series now stands on the brink of entering the prestigious 500 crore club domestically. The film will need a little over 70 crores gross to take the franchise into the prestigious box office club, which looks like an easy task, given the past films of the series, but then, it will not be as easy as it looks in the current scenario. No Big Task But Need To Overcome Challanges Tiger Shroff was a real deal in the pre-COVID-19 era, where he consistently delivered box office numbers. However, things have changed since then, as his films have struggled to attract audiences to the cinema halls. For Baaghi 4 to help the franchise cross the 500 crore milestone seems like no herculean task, but it has to overcome challenges, including franchise fatigue and Tiger's poor box office form. Industry watchers believe Baaghi 4 has every chance of pushing the franchise comfortably past the landmark, provided it carries the same mix of adrenaline, emotion, and music that has been the hallmark of the franchise. If the upcoming instalment performs as expected, the Baaghi series will join the elite club of Bollywood franchises that have crossed the half-a-thousand-crore mark worldwide, strengthening Tiger Shroff's stature as one of the few stars who can drive a franchise on his shoulders. Tiger Shroff's Baaghi 4 Censor Certificate, Theatrical Runtime, and Plot Details Revealed

Mumbai, August 27 - The fourth instalment in Tiger Shroff's popular action Baaghi franchise, Baaghi 4, has reportedly been cleared by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) on August 26, as the movie is gearing up for release on September 5. The details have now emerged regarding its censor certification, runtime, and storyline. According to the viral certificate, the film has received an A certificate from CBFC, which hints at the intense action sequences, gritty treatment, and mature psychological elements. The approved runtime clocks in at 2 hours and 43 minutes, making it the longest film in the franchise so far. With this expanded duration, the makers appear to be balancing large-scale action set pieces with a layered emotional and psychological narrative. The plot details of the film the also revealed, which reads - At his lowest, Ronnie survives a deadly train crash he never intended to leave through. Plagued by grief and guilt, he spirals into self-destruction, haunted by the memory of a girl he loved—and possibly lost. As his mind begins to fracture, reality bends, and those closest to him start questioning what is real. This synopsis suggests a darker, more complex take on Ronnie's character, showing him not just as an invincible action hero but as a man grappling with trauma, loss, and fractured realities. The mix of raw emotion and psychological tension is expected to add freshness to the franchise, which has so far thrived on high-octane stunts and larger-than-life action. Baaghi 4 Tops IMDb's 2025 Most Anticipated List: Will It Deliver at the Box Office?

Mumbai, August 23 - The anticipation is building up for Tiger Shroff's action thriller Baaghi 4, which is scheduled to hit the big screens on September 5. The makers are set to unveil the trailer on August 30, and are said to be confident that it to be the hype raiser. Meanwhile, the movie has already taken the spotlight as it climbed to the number one position on IMDb's real-time list of most anticipated Bollywood films of 2025. While earlier in January the film held the fifth spot behind other biggies like Sikandar and Coolie, its steady rise reflects growing audience interest. The upcoming action spectacle also gained buzz after its teaser, featuring Tiger Shroff in high-octane combat against Sanjay Dutt, received an A certificate from the CBFC, hinting at darker and more intense storytelling. The Baaghi franchise has always been synonymous with action-packed drama, and expectations are no different this time, though the upcoming film is completely different from the previous films, which were family-friendly. Baaghi 4 is the darkest and bloodiest film of the franchise yet. Nonetheless, the movie has been in the social media chatter, which also reflects in IMDb's most-anticipated titles, but the real question is, can this anticipation turn into box office numbers? The Baaghi franchise's past box office records present a mixed picture. The first two movies of the franchise were box office hits, but the third movie (2020) had to settle for an average verdict, thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic, which cut short its potential. It has been a long time since that, so the trade is not sure whether the upcoming film can still resonate with the masses, especially at a time when the franchise films are falling apart. With Baaghi 4 carrying a big budget, there are challenges ahead of it that it needs to overcome to become a box office hit. Despite the buzz soaring, the movie has to deal with franchise fatigue, which is real. As reported earlier, only one franchise movie, Raid 2, emerged box office hit, while others fell flat this year. For Baaghi 4 to join the Ajay Devgn-starrer, the makers will hope that the all-important trailer works well, and the movie manages to take a good opening, which has become a must for big-budget titles. The trade is also not sure whether Tiger's films still carry the same interest among the fans as they used to before the COVID-19 pandemic. The actor's last few films failed miserably, which is making the trade nervous about the upcoming film. It is a big challenge, which can be overcome with one good film which manages to strike a chord with the audience, and the makers would hope it does. The franchise fatigue, audience scepticism, and doubts over Tiger Shroff's box office pull following his recent underperformers are there, but if one thing is positive for the film is that the franchise still commands a loyal fan following, and Tiger’s popularity among action enthusiasts remains intact. To turn things in its favour as a whole, the film's trailer will be crucial in shaping audience sentiment ahead of its September 5 release. If early buzz translates into footfalls and the film delivers on scale and intensity, Baaghi 4 could emerge as one of the surprise winners of the year. Stay tuned...

Countdown Begins: Tiger Shroff, Sanjay Dutt's Action-Packed Baaghi 4 Trailer To Release August 30

Mumbai, August 23 - Bollywood action star Tiger Shroff returns to his Baaghi avatar with the much-awaited action entertainer Baaghi 4, which is gearing up for a release on September 5. Unlike previous films of the franchise, the upcoming film is different with an A-rated tone. As less than two weeks are left for the release, the makers are set to launch the action-packed trailer of the film on August 30, setting the stage for a grand reveal ahead of the film's theatrical release, according to the report by Pinkvilla. Tiger Shroff, known for his high-octane stunts and action-packed performances, is set to return to his blockbuster franchise with even more power and intensity. Joining him is Sanjay Dutt, who plays the antagonist alongside Sonam Bajwa and Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu as the female leads. The Baaghi franchise, known for its adrenaline-fueled action sequences, stylised combat, and emotional drama, has delivered big success at the box office since its debut in 2016. With each instalment, the scale and expectations have only grown. Baaghi 4, however, will take a different path. While the first three films were family-friendly, the upcoming one will be darker and the bloodiest film of the franchise yet. Director A. Harsha has left no stone unturned to design an uncompromised R-rated action film like the ones made in the West. The teaser of the film was recently launched, and drew mixed reactions from the audience, regarding the theme of the film. Backed by Sajid Nadiadwala's Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, the film aims to cater to both mass audiences and action lovers. As the trailer release date nears, anticipation is at an all-time high, and fans are already counting down the days to witness Tiger Shroff and Sanjay Dutt together in this action-packed spectacle.
