Acclaimed actor Vijay"¯Sethupathi has forayed into songwriting, penning the lyrics for the romantic track "œEternal Subway" ("œYedho"¯Pesathaney") in the upcoming Tamil drama Bun"¯Butter"¯Jam. The song is sung by actor Siddharth and playback sensation Shilpa"¯Rao.

Composer Nivas"¯K"¯Prasanna revealed that though Sethupathi was initially hesitant, he eventually embraced the opportunity and even assisted in writing lyrics for other upcoming projects. The pair crafted the song during breaks on the sets of Sethu"™s Train and Viduthalai Part II, working from Sethupathi"™s caravan.

Nivas praised Sethupathi"™s command of Tamil and his philosophical flair, stating: "œHis Tamil is strong, and there"™s a rhythm to the way he speaks".
