Mumbai, November 30 - IMDb has unveiled the list of the top 10 most popular Indian theatrical movies of 2023 so far and once again it is dominated by Bollywood titles. The list is determined by page views on IMDb by fans. ## Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan and Pathaan are the first two most popular Indian movies of the year, respectively. Both movies grossed over 2100 crores at the global box office and are currently the top two highest-grossing Indian movies of the year. Interestingly, SRK is also the most popular Indian star of the year, as per IMDb rankings. ## Karan Johar's directorial return, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, is the third most popular Indian movie of the year so far. The film was a box office success with a worldwide gross collection of over 350 crores.## Thalapathy Vijay's action entertainer Leo takes the 4th spot in the most popular movies list. Mumbai, April 12 - Ajay Devgn-directed and fronted action drama Bholaa has crossed the 100 crores gross at the worldwide box office, becoming the second film of Ajay in a row after Drishyam 2 to reach the milestone. ## An adaptation of the Tamil hit Kaithi, Bholaa reached the 100 crores mark on its 13th day and is continuing with a decent run at the domestic as well as overseas box office despite the mixed reviews and not being a multiplex-friendly flick. ## In India, it has grossed approx. 90 crores (75+ crore net) through 2nd Tuesday. By 3rd Friday, Bholaa will become the highest-grossing Hindi remake (when the original version is available in Hindi) post the covid-19 pandemic, after crossing Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan's Vikram Vedha's 78.9 crores net. ## At the overseas box office, Bholaa has collected approx. 13 crores, pushing the total worldwide cume to approx. 103 crores so far. Mumbai, April 4 - Bholaa heading for a decent first Tuesday as the early estimate collections suggest a 4.50-5 crores net which is similar to the first Monday collections. Today was a partial holiday so the collections could be coming on the higher side as compared to yesterday. ## The first Tuesday collection will take the total collections of the film to over 53 crores net mark. The first seven days of business of the film is heading towards the 57 cr net mark while the extended first-week business of eight days should be around the 61-63 crores net. ## The first week of business is on the average side for Bholaa where he did see some good days while some days were also below average.## The film is still in a race to emerge as a successful film though it needs to hold well on the weekdays. It can emerge as a successful film if it crosses 90-100cr business at the box office. Mumbai, April 3 - Bholaa is heading for a good hold on the first Monday as the collection indicates 5 crores net, as per early estimates. The drop from Friday is around 35% which is on the expected lines.## The first Monday collections will take the total collections of the film to near the 50cr net and not many films have crossed this number post-pandemic. Tomorrow is a partial holiday so the film can collect good collections and then it will be down to Wednesday which will decide the fate of the film.## Bholaa remains on course to emerge as a successful film due to the good hold but it needs to sustain on these levels for the next few days and eventually show growth over the second weekend. Mumbai, April 2 - Bholaa witnessed its biggest day at the box office thanks to the holiday on Sunday as the early estimate collections suggest a 13.50-14.50 crores net box office mark. The collection is good for the type of film Bholaa which is devoid of commercial elements like Music, comedy, and fun moments. The film is an action film but in a very dark zone which the family audience does not prefer. The collections are also coming during the time of Ramzan which affects the business. ## The growth of the film came majorly in the single screens while multiplexes remained flat which was expected as metro cities do not see growth on Sunday, especially for a desi mass action film. The film has comfortably beaten yesterday's collections though it could have added one crore more to its collections. ## The first Sunday collections will take the total collections of the film to around 44.25cr which is a good number but considering the first day was a partial holiday and then a national holiday on Sunday the film should have crossed the 50 crores net mark.
