Mumbai, October 1 - Akshay Kumar's family comedy-drama film Raksha Bandhan will be streaming on ZEE5 after completing its theatrical run. ## Anand L Rai's directorial film was released in theaters on August 11 and has had a decent outing at the box office. The movie grossed approx. 68 crores worldwide, and now, it will stream on ZEE5 after completing 8 weeks of theatrical run on October 5. ## "Raksha Bandhan" deals with the burning issue of dowry among Indian families. Yash Raj Films Inks 4 Films Deal With Amazon Prime Video For Post Theatrical Streaming

Mumbai, October 28 - The leading Hindi film production studio, Yash Raj Films has locked the streaming partner for its 4 upcoming films. The studio, which will release Bunty Aur Babli 2 (Nov. 19), Prithviraj (Jan. 21, 2022), Jayeshbhai Jordaar (Feb. 25, 2022), and Shamshera (Mar. 18, 2022) in the next five months, has inked a deal with Amazon Prime Video for the post-theatrical premiere. ## According to the deal, Amazon Prime Video will have the rights to stream the aforementioned films on its platform 4 weeks after their theatrical release. Amazon has been the first choice destination for Indian films in the last one and a half years. Prime Video's new deal with YRF is for exclusive global streaming rights for the four most anticipated films. ## "At Prime Video, we are intently focused on bringing the biggest and the best entertainment to our customers and this partnership with Yash Raj Films is the perfect demonstration of that commitment", said Gaurav Gandhi, country head, Prime Video India. ## "Over the last four years, we have been consistently bringing blockbuster movies to entertain audiences from the comfort of their homes and on a screen of their choice. The cast includes Sai Tamhankar, Prateik Babbar, Shweta Basu Prasad, and Aahana Kumra in prominant roles. ## Actress Aahana Kumra plays a pilot in the film. She said that it is a job profile that demands travel, but her character is forced to stay at home owing to Covid-induced lockdown and face emotional turmoil.## "I'm playing a pilot who's stuck in her house in Mumbai during the lockdown and doesn't get to travel and live her usual life. During this phase, she truly understands the meaning of relationships, through the loneliness that she experiences.
