Mumbai, April 21 - Rani Mukerji's highly anticipated cop action thriller Mardaani 3, from Yash Raj Films, is set to hit the big screens on Holi 2026. The studio unveiled the fierce first look poster and the official release date. ## Directed by Abhiraj Minawala, the third instalment of the hit franchise has been announced for a February 27, 2026, theatrical release, a week before the Holi festival. The first look poster features Rani in a fierce look, holding a gun and aiming at someone. ## The actress reprises her role as the fearless and justice-driven police officer SP Shivani Shivaji Roy.
