Every year, the Ganesh Chaturthi festival brings a lot of excitement and charm as devotees chose different ways to worship their idols, and this year, the festival gets a filmy touch. ## Over the last 8 months, Allu Arjun's "Pushpa - The Rise" has been in people's talks for various reasons, the character of Pushpa Raj, played by the South superstar has become the most talked about movie character in the country. Interestingly, Pushpa Raj's style is inspiring people to bring Ganesha statues, in which the deity can be seen sitting in a white kurta-pyjama similar to how Allu Arjun wore in the film in his signature hand style of saying "jhukega nahi". ## However, this latest trend among the Lord Ganesha devotees is not being liked by many people who call this an insult to the elephant-headed God. Legendary Playback Singer - Actor Kishore Kumar's Biopic Is In The Work

Mumbai, August 11, 2021: A biopic on the Indian legendary playback singer and actor, Kishore Kumar, has been in talks for a long time now. Filmmakers Anurag Basu and Shoojit Sirkar were keen to bring iconic charactor to life on the big screen. Even versatile actor Ranbir Kapoor was reportadly finalized by Basu, however, things couldn't move forward due to various complications in the making. ## Now, things are falling in place and the biopic of Kishore Kumar is finally in the work. Amit Kumar, the son of the late singer, has taken the decision along with his family to produce and direct the biopic on the life and times of Kishore Kumar. Amit Kumar is himself a gifted and renowned singer and has acted in several films directed by and starring his father. ## "It was always my intention that we do the biopic. After all who knows him (Kishore Kumar) better than his family?. We're about to start shooting the interviews with our family about my father", says Amit Kumar adding that the movie will take time to roll out. ## "We know that the script will take at least a year to develop. It's a lot of hard work, and a long journey ahead", he added. ## There were reports that Ayushmann Khurrana had expressed his desire to play the celebrated role. As Ranbir Kapoor was also approached, who knows when the casting of lead actor begins, he might come to the scene again as well.
