Bridging the gap between regional industries, the makers of the Marathi blockbuster Dashavatar have officially announced the film's release in Malayalam. The film, which has already garnered significant praise in its original language, is slated to hit theaters across Kerala on December 12, 2025. According to the official announcement, this release marks a significant milestone in Indian cinema history. The film has been dubbed, marketed, and presented in Malayalam by MaxMarketing. This creates a new precedent, as it is billed as the first time a Marathi film has been aggressively marketed and distributed in the Malayalam market with such a focused strategy. Following the encouraging response to the Malayalam teaser and songs, the full theatrical trailer has now been unveiled to the Kerala audience. Helmed by director Subodh Khanolkar, Dashavatar is produced under the banners of Ocean Film Company and Ocean Art House. The film is headlined by the legendary Dilip Prabhavalkar, a veteran figure in Indian cinema celebrated for his versatility in iconic movies like Lage Raho Munna Bhai.
