The First Look Of Ayushmann Khurrana As Dr. Uday Gupta From 'Doctor G' Revealed

Mumbai, July 19, 2021: Ayushmann Khurrana has won the hearts of one and all for his unique and hard-hitting choices of roles in his films. The supremely talented actor has been in a different league of actors with the films such as Article 15, Shubh Mangal Saavdhan, Badhaai Ho, Andhadhun, Dream Girl, among others, and impressed everyone with his performances. ## On Monday (July 19), the star actor has unveiled the first look from his upcoming campus comedy-drama, Doctor G. Ayushmann is playing the charactor of Dr. Uday Gupta and it is the first time he is essaying the role of a doctor in his career. Just like most of his previous films, Doctor G is another unique and innovative concept in Ayushmann's acclaimed career. ## Doctor G is being helmed by debutante Anubhuti Kashyap who is the sister of acclaimed director Anurag Kashyap. The movie also stars Rakul Preet Singh and Shefali Shah. It presents Rakul Preet as Dr. Fatima - a medical student while Shefali will essay the role of a senior medical practitioner, Dr. Nandini. ## Produced by Junglee Pictures which previously produced Ayushmann's Badhaai Ho, Doctor G is co-written by Anubhuti Kashyap, Sumit Saxena, Vishal Wagh, and Saurabh Bharat.
