'Adipurush' Dialogue Writer Manoj Muntashir Offers Unconditional Apology For Hurting People's Sentiments

Mumbai, July 8 - The dialogue writer of the "Adipurush" film, Manoj Muntashir Shukla has been facing backlash for the dialogue of the movie, which the audiences found to be crass. Manoj had tried to clarify the thought process behind penning the dialogues of the film on many occasions, and now, after three weeks after the film's release, he has offered an unconditional apology for the same. ## On July 8, Manoj Muntashir Shukla took to Twitter and accepted that people's sentiments have been hurt by "Adipurush" and that he extends his unconditional apology. "I accept people's emotions have been hurt by Adipurush. With folded hands, I extend my unconditional apologies. May Prabhu Bajrang Bali keep us united and grant us strength to serve our sacred Sanatan and our great nation", the writer said.## मैं स्वीकार करता हूँ कि फ़िल्म आदिपुरुष से जन भावनायें आहत हुईं हैं. अपने सभी भाइयों-बहनों, बड़ों, पूज्य साधु-संतों और श्री राम के भक्तों से, मैं हाथ जोड़ कर, बिना शर्त क्षमा माँगता हूँ. भगवान बजरंग बली हम सब पर कृपा करें, हमें एक और अटूट रहकर अपने पवित्र सनातन और महान देश की…— Manoj Muntashir Shukla (@manojmuntashir) July 8, 2023 ## "Adipurush", directed by Om Raut, is the modern-day cinematic adaptation of the epic Ramayana. Prabhas plays the role of Lord Rama while Kriti Sanon features Sita, Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh, Sunny Singh as Laxman, and Devdutt Nage as Hanuman, among many others. ## Produced by T-Series, Retrophiles, and UV Creations, the movie took an excellent start at the box office before tanking during the weekdays. It currently stands at around 390 crores worldwide and is heading towards below 400 crores finish which is a disappointing result for a 500 crore budget movie. ## Stay tuned...

Kangana Ranaut Seemingly Confirms The Development of 'Sita: The Incarnation'?

Mumbai, July 4 - Back in September 2021, Kangana Ranaut announced her biggest film on Goddess Sita, titled "Sita: The Incarnation". It was the dream project of writer-director Alaukik Desai who brought Kangana on board to play the divine role of Sita. ## Saloni Sharma and Anshita Desai of SS Studio was supposed to produce this VFX-heavy magnum opus project, however, there has been no development took place after since the announcement of the movie. It was later rumoredly got shelved due to some reasons though the makers didn't confirm the cancelation. ## Now, nearly after two years, Kangana Ranaut seems to have given a hint about the making of "Sita: The Incarnation" or something related to Sita. On July 3, the actress took to social media to post about Sita in which she talks about Sita's origin story which hasn't been explored before. ## The actress mentioned Valmiki Ramayana's opening shaloka, "Ramayana is the story of Sita's greatness" before she began asking "Why Maharishi Valmiki wrote this in the form of a shaloka in the beginning of Ramayana when Ramayana is clearly the story of Lord Rama, have you ever thought why he wrote this?"## "Who was Mata Sita before she became Lord Rama's wife? Is it true that young Maithili lifted the mighty Shiv Dhanush merely at the age of 6 with her little finger?", she continued, "Is it true that she was Narayani avatar who appeared not from the human womb but from the womb of Mother Earth? But why? Was she the heir of great King Janaka? Princess of the great empire of Mithila?"## The National award-winning actress concluded her post by asking "Have you ever thought who Ma Sita was before that swayamvar where Lord Rama met her?"## It is not yet confirmed in which context Kangana said all these things but her post is being seen as a possible confirmation about making something on Sita. The actress previously said that Sita was a dream role for her to play and that she was super excited about the same. ## Meanwhile, the script of "Sita: The Incarnation" has been written by the "Baahubali" writer KV Vijayendra Prasad and Desai, and it has been one of the most ambitious projects in progress. The dialogues and lyrics have been penned by Manoj Muntashir. Hopefully, the movie happens and goes on floors soon. ## “ Ramayana is the story of Sita’s greatness “ -Valmiki Why Maharishi Valmiki wrote this in the form of a shaloka in the beginning of Ramayana when Ramayana is clearly the story of Lord Rama, have you ever thought why he wrote this ?Who was Mata Sita before…— Kangana Ranaut (@KanganaTeam) July 3, 2023 ## Stay tuned...

Adipurush Makers Adopt Right Approach To Make People Change Their Minds

Mumbai, October 9 - A lot has happened over the past week regarding director Om Raut's magnum opus film Adipurush. The teaser of this Prabhas-fronted film was launched on October 3 amid huge anticipation, however, after its release, the teaser has become the center of controversy and criticism on various fronts. ## Based on the Hindu epic Ramayana, "Adipurush" is a VFX-heavy film that has become a huge topic of discussion. Immediately after the teaser launch, it received heavy criticism for poor VFX shots which were called cartoonish. However, the first reaction from director Om Raut to the criticism was that he didn't make the movie for mobile and that it will look larger-than-life on the big screen. ## Since "Adipurush" has been made on a huge budget, it was important for the makers to shut down the criticism and win public trust again for the movie that is touted to be the most prestigious film in the country. While doing so, makers approached a way that changed the perception of the audience towards it.## Om Raut has been saying from the first day that "Adipurush" will be an altogether new theatrical experience, and to solidify his words, the makers showed the teaser to the Hindi media people and critics on the big screen in 3D and those who were criticizing started applauding the teaser for the grandeur it involves. ## The makers did the same with the Telugu version and along with the media and critics, the Telugu teaser was also screened for the audience in approx. 60 locations. And the response from them has been completely different from what they were talking about earlier. ## Apart from criticizing the VFX, the teaser has also invited fresh controversy as many have alleged that the characters of "Ramayana" have been tampered with, and one of them is the look of Raavan, played by Saif Ali Khan. This is not the first time when films on historical and mythological topics hit controversy but this time, the makers are tackling this situation in rather a positive way. ## Om Raut along with Manoj Muntashir, who has written the dialogues of the film, have been giving intreviews from the last few days, making people understand their vision and this has made a positive impact as many prominent personalities have come out in the support of the film along with the neutral audience. ## It has been seen in the past that after such heavy trolling of a movie, makers have opted wait and watch policy. The "Adipurush" makers could also have said that people's mindset will be changed after watching the movie, but they aren't doing this and heavily promoting their film in what can be termed as a perfect and right way.## "Adipurush" is produced by T-Series and Retrophiles and also stars Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan, and Sunny Singh in prominent roles. It is scheduled to release on January 12, 2023, in multiple languages, also in IMAX and 3D.## Stay tuned...
