Hyderabad, October 15: One of India's most-awaited Pan India big-screen spectacles, Dragon (tentative title) starring superstar Jr. NTR and directed by Prashanth Neel, is making noise for all the right reasons. The movie is reportedly shaping up really well, amid the growing anticipation. Dragon or NTR 31 marks the first collaboration between NTR and Neel, who got the wide pan-India recognition with their recent films. Considering the top-tier talent involved and huge expectations among the nationwide audience, the makers are treating it as a proper Pan-India blockbuster, and accordingly have locked a post-theatrical streaming deal. According to the latest Telugu media reports, Dragon has finalised its streaming partner ahead of its massive theatrical release next year. The high-octane period actioner has reportedly sealed a lucrative digital deal with Netflix, with an 8-week post-theatrical window before its OTT premiere. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers in association with NTR Arts, Dragon joins the very few South Indian origin Pan India films to lock an 8-week window. It is to be noted that to secure wide release in Hindi, a film requires an 8-week theatrical run, and the makers of Dragon are highly confident that their film will work wonders at the Hindi box office. However, an extended window for all versions is definitely a welcome move.
