Tiger Shroff Finalises His Next Two Films With Top Producers After Sajid Nadiadwala's Baaghi 4

Mumbai, July 31 - Bollywood action star Tiger Shroff is slowly coming back in the game and is lining up multiple films after the release of the upcoming action thriller Baaghi 4. Directed by Harsha and produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, the film is scheduled to release on September 5 this year. ## After Baaghi 4, Tiger Shroff has reportedly locked, at least two films. According to the report by Pinkvilla, the Heropanti star has signed on for an exciting high-concept action film with producer Murad Khetani. The movie in question will mark the directorial debut of Avane Srimannaryana director Sachin Ravi. ## It is said that Tiger has been on the lookout for a new format of action, and when producer Murad Khetani and director Sachin Ravi approached him with a film that pushes the boundaries of action in a new direction, the actor was bowled over by the vision for telling this intriguing story and went ahead to allot dates to the film on priority. ## The pre-production work has already begun, and the makers are aiming to take the film on the floors by October this year with a 45-day schedule. The dialogues of this yet untitled high-concept action thriller are being written by Sumit Arora (Jawan and Border 2), and the film will hit the big screen in 2026. ## Apart from the film with Murad Khetani Production, Tiger also has a film with producer Karan Johar. The movie, titled Lag Ja Gale, will be directed by Raj Mehta. Tiger Shroff, Janhvi Kapoor To Headline A Revenge Action Love Story; Title Revealed

Mumbai, May 28 - Bollywood action star Tiger Shroff and actress Janhvi Kapoor are set to team up for the first time for a revenge action love story film, to be directed by Good Newwz director Raj Mehta. It will be Mehta's first directorial since Akshay Kumar-fronted Selfiee (2023). ## According to the report by Pinkvilla, the film has been titled Lag Jaa Gale. It is said that Mehta has been working on the script for a while and wanted to have a first-time pairing on board. Both Tiger and Janhvi instantly agreed to come on board the film upon hearing the narration. ## "The team was contemplating several titles, and felt that Lag Jaa Gale is the apt one for the story. It's a pure revenge actioner with a strong love story in the backdrop", says the report. ## The pre-production of Lag Jaa Gale has begun, and it will go on floors by October this year for the second half of 2026 release on the big screen. Karan Johar will produce the film under his banner, Dharma Productions. Dharma is the regular collaborator of Raj Mehta, who has directed all three films under the same banner. ## Tiger, meanwhile, will next be seen in Baaghi 4, which releases on September 5. A Sequel To Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani's 'Jug Jugg Jeeyo' In The Works

Mumbai, June 6 - A sequel to Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani's family comedy-drama JugJugg Jeeyo is reportedly in the early development at Dharma Productions with Raj Mehta is expected to return as the director. ## According to a report by Peepingmoon.com, after teasing a sequel for a long time, Karan Johar and Raj Mehta are officially working on JugJugg Jeeyo, however, the report suggests the makers may change the title and it is more likely to be a spiritual sequel. ## It is said that Raj Mehta has begun writing the sequel with his team of writers and is looking to take it in on floors by the end of this year or early 2025. No cast has been attached to the sequel yet, but Varun is expected to return to headline it. ## Released in June 2022, Jug Jug Jeeyo starred Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani, Anil Kapoor, and Neetu Kapoor as two couples of different generations on the verge of divorce. Akshay Kumar and Emraan Hashmi's 'Selfiee' Opening Day Box Office Expectations

Mumbai, February 23 - After the dream start of the year with Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan, Bollywood gets a reality check of the changing box office dynamics in the current scenario. Kartik Aaryan's Shehzada failed to utilize the momentum created by Pathaan as Bollywood's search for the next hit begins. ## The industry is now gearing up for the next release with superior star power in the form of Selfiee. The Akshay Kumar and Emraan Hashmi-fronted flick is not the next Pathaan but the makers will be hoping for a better outcome than Shehzada which was carrying decent expectations. ## The full-fledged advance booking for this Raj Mehta's directorial was opened just 24 hours before the release. While overall pre-sales of Selfiee are low, the pace of it is better than Shehzada which was not going anywhere with its pre-sales numbers. ## Selfiee is not a frontloaded box office flick, it is expected to take in a lower opening than Shehzada which took the start of 6 crores net. Going by the advance booking and considering other aspects, Selfiee is expected to open around 4-5 crores net. It has sold approx. 20K tickets so far for the opening day, which can be termed low.## Produced by Prithviraj Productions, Dharma Productions, and Cape Of Good Films, Selfiee is expected to release on over 3000 screens nationwide. This size of the release is enough for a movie to take a good opening, but again there is a lack of excitement among the moviegoers which makes Selfiee a decent starter. Akshay Kumar's 'Selfiee' Theatrical Release Date Announced

Mumbai, December 13 - It hasn't been a great year for Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar on the work front. The actor had 4 theatrical releases this year but none of them could enter the 100 crores club which used to be a cakewalk for Akshay before the covid-19 pandemic. ## The Khiladi of Bollywood now aims to change his fortune with the upcoming movies, and the first of them will be director Raj Mehta's Selfiee. The comedy-drama, also starring Emraan Hashmi as the second male lead, has been announced to hit worldwide theaters on February 24, 2023. ## On Tuesday, Akshay Kumar took to Twitter and shared a new still from a song he is currently shooting for the movie "Selfiee", and also confirmed the release date.
