Hyderabad, August 19 - Telugu heartthrob Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha Ruth Prabhu coming together for the romantic drama film "Kushi". Directed by "Majili" fame Shiva Nirvana, the movie is scheduled to release on September 1st in multiple languages, including Hindi.## "Kushi" is one of the most-awaited Telugu movies which is carrying good buzz among the fans as well as the trade. Tokyo, July 25 - Telugu superstar Ram Charan's period action drama film "Rangasthalam" has crossed 1 crore at the Japanese box office after the second weekend. Directed by Sukumar, the movie was released in Japan on July 14, more than 5 years after its original release in 2018.## "Rangasthalam" has taken a decent start in Japan with ¥10.1 million or approx. 60 lakh in the 3-day opening weekend before ending the full week with ¥16.4 million or 95 lakh. Hyderabad, April 17 - Lady superstar Samantha Ruth Prabhu's big-budget fantasy mythological drama film Shaakuntalam has turned out to be a major disappointment at the box office everywhere. ## The movie, directed by Gunasekhar, is based on a popular play Abhignyana Shakuntalam by Kalidasa. Samantha plays the titular role while Dev Mohan features as Dushyanta in the film which was billed as a Disneyfied adventure like never before. ## Made on a budget of around 70 crores, Shaakuntalam was one of the most anticipated films at the time it was announced and was also carrying huge expectations as far as the box office is concerned.
