Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga To Keep 'A' Rated Tone For Prabhas-fronted 'Spirit'

Hyderabad, May 26 - Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga is set to keep the 'A'-rated (18+) tone for his upcoming film Spirit, starring Pan India superstar Prabhas and actress Tripti Dimri. The movie was earlier supposed to feature Deepika Padukone as the female lead, but she has now been replaced by Tripti. ## Sandeep Vanga has directed 3 films so far, and all of them were A-rated. With Spirit, the maverick filmmaker is not going to change his style, and has reportedly conveyed the same to the lead pair. ## According to the report by Pinkvilla, the cop action thriller will be a quintessential Telugu entertainer, but the director is bringing a twist to the genre by spinning in an A-rated twist. "Apart from the use of ample blood in the action scenes, Spirit will also boast a lot of bold sequences featuring the two leads", says the report. ## The report further states that SRV has conveyed the requirement of shooting bold scenes to both Prabhas and Tripti, and they have agreed to the same. Mumbai, May 2 - Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga's cop action thriller Spirit with Pan India superstar Prabhas is among the biggest Indian films in the making. Bhushan Kumar will produce it with Sandeep Vanga, and the makers are in the process of locking some of the best talents of the country for the film. ## According to the latest report by Pinkvilla, Deepika Padukone has been signed on to play a prominent role in Spirit. The actress had earlier turned down the offer as the shooting timelines did not match due to her pregnancy. However, due to a delay in the shoot, SRV approached Deepika again and this time, she agreed to come on board. ## Spirit was originally scheduled to go on floors by the end of last year, but was delayed, and it will now commence in the next few months, as confirmed by producer Bhushan Kumar. The cop action thriller was announced a long time back and is finally ready to roll out this summer. ## Recently, director Sandeep Vanga shared on social media that the music work has commenced for Spirit and a couple of days ago, he met with Prabhas on the sets of the latter's Fauji to discuss something. Ranbir Kapoor's 'Animal' Extended Version To Stream On Netflix

Mumbai, December 24 - Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga's action drama Animal starring Ranbir Kapoor has emerged as one of the biggest blockbusters of all time with its phenomenal run at the worldwide box office.## Animal is one of the lengthiest Indian films ever with a theatrical runtime of 3 hours and 22 minutes. Director Sandeey Vanga has done an amazing job by never letting the film drag for a second despite the long runtime and now, the filmmaker is set to extend the runtime of the movie for its OTT version. ## During a recent interview, Sandeep Vanga said that there is scope for an additional 9-10 minutes which he cut for the film's theatrical release but he will now include those minutes for its digital release.
