The mini players' auction for the Indian Premier League 2021 took place in Chennai on February 18. A total of 57 players were sold to all eight franchises of which 22 are overseas players and 35 Indian players. ## South African all-rounder, Chris Morris grabbed the gold and becomes the most expensive buy in the history of IPL auction. He has been picked by Rajasthan Royals in INR 16.25 Crores. New Zealand's new sensation Kyle Jamieson also went big and picked up by Royal Challengers Bangalore in INR 15 Crores.
