Hyderabad, August 19 - Telugu heartthrob Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha Ruth Prabhu coming together for the romantic drama film "Kushi". Directed by "Majili" fame Shiva Nirvana, the movie is scheduled to release on September 1st in multiple languages, including Hindi.## "Kushi" is one of the most-awaited Telugu movies which is carrying good buzz among the fans as well as the trade. Hyderabad, September 10 - Vijay Deverakonda, whose much-hyped sports action drama film Liger bombed at the box office, has resumed the shoot of Shiva Nirvana's romantic comedy Kushi, co-starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu. He was also doing JGM with director Puri Jagnnadh, but that movie has reportedly been put on hold. ## Meanwhile, according to the latest reports, Vijay Deverakonda is in talks with producer Dil Raju for a fantasy film. It is said that the producer had planned a fantasy film with VD in the direction of Indraganti Mohan Krishna a couple of years ago. ## Mohan Krishna's last film was Nani-starrer "V", which was released directly on the OTT platform. Dil Raju was reportedly so optimistic that Indraganti would deliver a massive hit with Nani's film, however, the movie did receive poor reviews and was a digital flop. ## Dil Raju is now looking to revive the film with some other directors and he is reportedly in consultations with VD to work on further plans. Harish Shankar is one of the names that is being discussed to direct the film. ## Vijay Deverakonda, meanwhile, will also do a film with Sukumar who will soon start the shooting of the second part of Allu Arjun's "Pushpa - The Rule". Once he is done with Pushpa 2, the director will start work on Deverakonda's film. ##

Underfire Puri Jagannadh Shelved His Dream Project 'JGM' With Vijay Deverakonda?

Hyderabad, September 4 - It seems the massive big failure of Liger has put a massive dent in the confidence of director Puri Jagannadh and actor Vijay Deverakonda as they have reportedly shelved their already in production JGM: Jana Gana Mana. ## Much before the release of "Liger", the actor-director duo had announced to make another Pan India film in the form of "JGM" and it was launched grandly in Mumbai. The makers later roped in Pooja Hegde to play the female lead and the shoot had already begun as it was announced for the August 3, 2023, release. ## However, everything has changed since their much-hyped "Liger" misfired completely. "JGM" was planned to make into a much bigger budget, however, according to the latest Telugu media reports, the movie has now been shelved until they gain enough confidence to go ahead with it. ## It is said that the budget of "JGM" was too high to proceed with it after "Liger's" failure. Puri, after consulting with his production partners, decided to put the project on hold. In other news, it is said that director Puri Jagan is now looking to make a sequel to his last blockbuster "iSmart Shankar" with Ram Potheneni. ## Vijay Deverakonda, on the other hand, has resumed the shoot of his romantic comedy film "Kushi", co-starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu as the female lead. After 'Liger' Debacle, Vijay Deverakonda's 'JGM' With Puri Jagannadh To Have Changes In Script?

Hyderabad, September 2 - The disastrous box office performance of Liger has shocked Vijay Deverakonda and director Puri Jagannadh that they have reportedly decided to make necessary changes in the script of their second collaboration JGM. ## According to the reports, the actor-director duo is revisiting and working on the script for JGM, before embarking on the Morocco schedule later this year. It is said that they are also considering the budget of the movie and want to keep it in check, unlike "Liger" which cost over 100 crores. A lot of changes are likely to happen in the script.## Meanwhile, in other news, it has been reported that after the huge failure of "Liger", Puri Jagannadh has shelved "JGM" for now and is looking to work on "iSmart Shankar 2". However, this is not true as JGM is very much happening and the shoot was already started earlier this year. There are also no confirmed reports about the "iSmart Shankar" sequel. ## Vijay Deverakonda will soon resume the shooting of the romantic-comedy "Kushi", co-starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
