Ajith Kumar's 'Valimai' To Hit Screens On Pongal 2022
Chennai, September 22: As fans of Thala Ajith around the world are waiting for an update of his next film "Valimai", the makers of the film dropped a pleasant surprise and announced the release date of this one of the most-anticipated films on Wednesday. ## Directed by H. Vinoth, "Valimai" has been confirmed to hit the big screen worldwide on the occasion of Pongal 2022. Producer Boney Kapoor took to social media and announced the release date. While he hasn't announced anything except the release date, some reports say that a glimpse of "Valimai" is expected to out on September 23, Thursday. The movie also stars Huma Qureshi, Karthikeya Gummakonda, Shivaji Guruvayoor, Yogi Babu, Pearle Maaney, Achyuth Kumar, Pavel Navageethan, VJ Bani, and Sumithra in key roles. ## Meanwhile, the Pongal 2022 is jam-packed with potential blockbuster movies across languages. In Tamil, Thalapathy Vijay's "Beast" is also eyeing the same festival, plus, there is already announced Pan-India film "Radhe Shyam" starring Prabhas.
