Bangalore, October 17 - The long-awaited Kannada action-thriller film, Kotigobba 3 was released in theaters on October 15 and roaring at the box office. The movie was supposed to hit screens a day before on October 14 but due to financial issues between producer Soorappa Babu and distributors, the makers postponed it to the next day. ## Despite the delayed release, Kotigobba 3 is well received by the audiences as it earned Rs. 11.05 crores in the first two days at the box office. Happy with the positive response, actor Kichcha Sudeepa, who plays the lead role, took to Twitter, thanking fans for their support and also the distributor and exhibitors for trusting the film. ## Thanks for all the support to all you friends. It is a stand-alone sequel to the 2016 film Kotigobba 2, with Sudeep and Ravi Shankar reprising their roles from the previous film. It also stars Madonna Sebastian, marking the debut in Kannada cinema, with Shraddha Das, Aftab Shivdasani in prominent roles. ## Kichcha Sudeepa, on the other hand, will next be seen, Vikrant Rona, which is a fantasy action-adventure thriller film written and directed by Anup Bhandari. Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez marks her debut in Kannada with this movie.
