Mrunal Thakur Replaces Shruti Haasan To Join Adivi Sesh In 'Dacoit'
Hyderabad, December 17 - Actress Mrunal Thakur is on a roll with back-to-back films across languages and the latest she has joined is Telugu action thriller Decoit as the female opposite Adivi Sesh in the lead role. Debutante Shaneil Deo directs the movie. ## Mrunal has replaced Shruti Haasan, who was originally cast as the female lead but later backed out for unknown reasons. Decoit is produced by Supriya Yarlagadda and co-produced by Suniel Narang under the banner of Annapurna Studios, is being shot simultaneously in the Hindi and Telugu languages. ## The movie follows an angry convict plotting revenge against his former girlfriend, who betrayed him. Sesh described it as a solid action film with a touching love story. The shoot of the movie is currently underway in Hyderabad, with plans for an extensive shooting schedule in Maharashtra.## The announcement of Mrunal Thakur's on board was made on Sesh's birthday today (December 17) with a couple of posters featuring the duo in action avatars.
