Tiger Shroff, Janhvi Kapoor To Headline A Revenge Action Love Story; Title Revealed

Mumbai, May 28 - Bollywood action star Tiger Shroff and actress Janhvi Kapoor are set to team up for the first time for a revenge action love story film, to be directed by Good Newwz director Raj Mehta. It will be Mehta's first directorial since Akshay Kumar-fronted Selfiee (2023). ## According to the report by Pinkvilla, the film has been titled Lag Jaa Gale. It is said that Mehta has been working on the script for a while and wanted to have a first-time pairing on board. Both Tiger and Janhvi instantly agreed to come on board the film upon hearing the narration. ## "The team was contemplating several titles, and felt that Lag Jaa Gale is the apt one for the story. It's a pure revenge actioner with a strong love story in the backdrop", says the report. ## The pre-production of Lag Jaa Gale has begun, and it will go on floors by October this year for the second half of 2026 release on the big screen. Karan Johar will produce the film under his banner, Dharma Productions. Dharma is the regular collaborator of Raj Mehta, who has directed all three films under the same banner. ## Tiger, meanwhile, will next be seen in Baaghi 4, which releases on September 5. Varun Dhawan-Fronted 'Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai' Complete Cast Details Revealed

Mumbai, April 17 - Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan has reunited with his director father David Dhawan for a comic caper Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, which is currently on floors. Mrunal Thakur and Pooja Hegde are playing the female leads.## According to the report by Pinkvilla, the team has completed over 50% of the film shoot, and the next month-long schedule is set to take place in Scotland, starting from April 22. Meanwhile, apart from the original leading trio, director David Dhawan has got a big ensemble on board the film. ## It is said that Maniesh Paul, Jimmy Shergill, Mouni Roy, Chunkey Panday, Rakesh Bedi, and Ali Asgar have been locked to play key roles in the film, and they all will be part of the upcoming schedule. Mumbai, March 15 - Dharma Productions' much-awaited romantic comedy Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari is gearing up for its grand release this October. Directed by Shashank Khaitan, the movie stars Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor in the lead roles, along with Sanya Malhotra and Rohit Saraf. ## The makers recently announced on social media that SSKTK will now be released in cinemas worldwide on October 2, 2025. Originally, it was scheduled to be released on April 18, before getting postponed to September, and it will be hitting the big screens on the Gandhi Jayanti holiday. ## The movie, which wrapped filming on August 22, will clash with Rishabh Shetty's much-awaited Kantara: Chapter 1. Mumbai, February 5 - The summer Bollywood box office of 2025 is seeing the reshuffle in release dates of some of the most-awaited films. Superstar Akshay Kumar, who has begun the year with decent success in the form of Sky Force, is looking to continue the momentum with the upcoming films over the next couple of years. ## It was revealed a couple of days ago that the Akshay-fronted biopic of C. Shankaran Nair has been titled Kesari 2. It was reported that the movie would be postponed from March 14, and now, according to the report by Bollywood Hungama, Dharma Productions has scheduled it for an April 18 release in cinemas worldwide. ## Instead of Kesari 2, Dharma Productions has slotted romance drama Dhadak 2, starring Triptii Dimri and Siddhant Chaturvedi, for March 14 release on the occasion of the Holi festival. The movie was supposed to hit the big screens on February 21 after earlier getting postponed from November 2024. ## Meanwhile, with Kesari 2 heading for an April 2025 release, the report further stated that Akshay and Arshad Warsi-fronted highly-awaited courtroom comedy drama Jolly LLB 3, which is scheduled for April 10 release, has been postponed to August this year. Mumbai, June 26 - Varun Dhawan's action thriller Baby John has been moved back by 6 months and it will now be hitting worldwide theatres on Christmas this year. It is directed by Tamil director Kalees and also stars Keerthy Suresh and Wamiqa Gabbi as the female leads. ## Produced by Cine1 Studios, and A for Apple Productions in association with Jio Studios, Baby John was originally announced for a May 31, 2024, release but the makers postponed it due to the pending shoot. There were rumours that it might be released in July but the makers have locked December 25, 2024, release date for the same. ## Baby John is reportedly an adaptation of Atlee's Tamil film Theri (2016). Mumbai, June 6 - A sequel to Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani's family comedy-drama JugJugg Jeeyo is reportedly in the early development at Dharma Productions with Raj Mehta is expected to return as the director. ## According to a report by Peepingmoon.com, after teasing a sequel for a long time, Karan Johar and Raj Mehta are officially working on JugJugg Jeeyo, however, the report suggests the makers may change the title and it is more likely to be a spiritual sequel. ## It is said that Raj Mehta has begun writing the sequel with his team of writers and is looking to take it in on floors by the end of this year or early 2025. New Delhi, April 11 (IANS) After being heavily slammed by netizens and the original song's creators alike, the recreated version of "Masakali" is now being trolled by the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) and Jaipur Police!## "Nothing beats the original track, Plus we have a bias as we feature in it," reads a tweet on the official handle of DMRC, referring to the fact that portions of the original song, featuring Abhishek Bachchan and Sonam Kapoor, were filmed on the Delhi Metro.## The Delhi Metro post didn't go unnoticed. Sonam retweeted it with a red heart emoji.## Joining the trollers, Jaipur Police too took a potshot at "Masakali 2.0"## Using a meme, Jaipur Police said they will use the latest remix to punish those who would roam unnecessarily in the city during the nationwide lockdown.## The original "Masakali", sung by Mohit Chauhan, was composed by Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman on lyrics by Prasoon Joshi.
