Chennai, March 26 - After "Master" in 2021, Thalapathy Vijay's upcoming action thriller, "Beast" is also readying for the multilingual release in theaters, as announced by Sun Pictures. ## Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, "Beast" is the biggest Tamil movie coming this year. The shoot of the film was recently completed and it is slated to release on April 13 worldwide. Chennai, February 15 - Thalapathy Vijay's action thriller "Beast" is readying for April 14, 2022, release in theaters worldwide. The makers kick-started the online promotion of the film by releasing the first song, Arabic Kuthu, on Valentine's Day, and it has become an instant hit on YouTube and other social media platforms. ## Arabic Kuthu, sung by Anirudh Ravichander & Jonita Gandhi and composed by Anirudh from the lyrics penned by SivaKarthikeyan, was expected to become a big hit knowing the massive fan following of Thalapathy Vijay. It not only became a major hit but also surpassed the expectation of everyone, by becoming the most viewed and liked South Indian lyrical video song on YouTube. ## The lyrical video song of Arabic Kuthu gained 23.7 million views on YouTube in the first 24-hours, which is a record for a South Indian song. Chennai, September 2022: Thalapathy Vijay's upcoming film "Beast" is one of the most-awaited films. His last release "Master" was a blockbuster and the expectations are even higher this time. While the shooting of "Beast" is currently underway in Delhi, the speculations around its release have been making noise over the last couple of months. ## Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, "Beast" has been looked at as a Pongal 2022 release. However, with the Pongal festival is already full of potential blockbusters, and the fact that the shooting of "Beast" is yet to be completed, the makers of the films have reportedly changed their Pongal release plans. ## According to Pinkvilla, the makers have decided on delaying the film to the Summer 2022 window, most probably in April end. The actioner is being directed by Nelson Dilipkumar while Kalanithi Maaran is bankrolling this biggie under his banner Sun Pictures. The movie will see Pooja Hegde playing the female lead opposite Vijay. ## Meanwhile, Sun Pictures has revealed the rest of the cast details and it was surprising to many fans who were not expecting the rest of the cast anytime soon. There are three antagonists in the movie, and one of them is Selvaraghaavan. One of the other baddie roles is played by famous Malayalam actor Shine Tom Kochacko, who joined the sets of Beast's third schedule this week.## The production house has also announced that Yogi Babu, VTV Ganesh, and Lilliput Faruiqui who is a Bollywood comedy actor and the writer of the Vikram Betaal TV series, will be a part of the star cast.
