
Akshay Kumar's Coal Mine Rescue Film To Be The Biggest Indian Production In The UK Yet?
Mumbai, July 8 - Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has commenced the filming of his much-talked-about biographical drama film, tentatively titled "Capsule Gill", in the UK. Tinu Suresh Desai, who previously directed Akshay in "Rustom" (2016), is directing this Pooja Entertainment production. ## "Capsule Gill", is based on the real-life story of mining engineer Jaswant Singh Gill who saved the lives of 64 miners who were trapped in a mine at Raniganj Coalfields in eastern India in 1989, with Akshay Kumar playing Gill in the movie.## Meanwhile, a picture of Akshay Kumar while shooting for the movie has been leaked online. According to Variety, the image was clicked on set by a Kumar fan in a Yorkshire field while the crew was filming, despite Pooja Entertainment keeping the security tight and the location isolated. ## It is said that the upcoming movie is the biggest Indian production in terms of scale to take place in the U.K. yet, as Pooja Entertainment has reportedly blocked over 100 acres for the shooting of the film. The film is expected to wrap up filming in the U.K. by the end of August, before taking place in India for the rest of the shoot. ## While the official announcement is yet to be made, Parineeti Chopra is reportedly playing the female lead as Akshay's wife in the movie. It also stars Kumud Mishra, Pawan Malhotra, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, and Ravi Kishan in key roles along with Virendra Saxena, Varun Badola, Rajesh Sharma, and Ananth Mahadevan.
