He lost the fight via submission in round three. This fight earned him the Fight of the Night award. On November 18, 2019, Askren announced his retirement from mixed martial arts competition.## Paul vs. Askren will cost $49.99 on pay-per-view with in-demand pay-per-view handling distribution in North America along with FITE TV serving as the broadcast partner for pay-per-view internationally. International pay-per-view prices will vary based on location.## The pay-per-view show will also feature musical performances by Taylor Hill, Justin Bieber, The Black Keys, Doja Cat, Saweetie, Diplo, Major Lazer and Mt.
