Seoul, August 28 - BTS's 2021 megahit single Butter, which holds the record for the highest number of views in the first 24 hours on YouTube, has crossed 800 million views on YT, and becomes the 8th video of BTS to achieve the feat.## The "Butter" single from the K-pop group was uploaded on May 21, 2021, and became an instant global hit. After 15 months, it stands among the most viewed videos of BTS. It stayed on Billboard's Hot 100 main singles chart for 10 non-consecutive weeks.## The song's music video earned 108.2 million views in its first 24 hours, giving it the biggest first-day view count of all time on YouTube.## Meanwhile, BTS is the most viewed artist/artists in YouTube history. It has over 26.74 billion views across all their official channels. This count includes all music videos and dance practice videos.
