Here is the complete list of the 2023 IMPACT Wrestling Year-End Awards. The winners in each category were determined by fan votes and were announced across the December 21 and December 28 episodes of Impact on AXS.

The very best of Impact in 2023 has now been revealed. As you can see in the comprehensive list below, Alex Shelley was awarded Male Wrestler of the Year. The Match of the Year honor went to "Speedball" Mike Bailey vs. Will Ospreay at IMPACT Bound For Glory 2023. Trinity was recognized as the Knockout of the Year.
