Kochi, July 28 - Malayalam star Dulquer Salmaan will headline his next Pan India movie "Kaantha". DQ will produce the film under his banner Wayfarer Films in association with Rana Daggubati's Spirit Media.## While the plot details of the movie are kept under wraps for now, "Kaantha will be directed by Selvamani Selvaraj, whose debut feature "Nila" (2016) won the audience award at the Cinequest San Jose Film Festival. The filmmaker also assisted Ang Lee on the Oscar-winning "Life of Pi" (2012).## The movie was announced on DQ's birthday today.
