Mumbai, April 22 - Director Abhishek Sharam's last directorial film Ram Setu starring Akshay Kumar underperformed at the box office. Despite being a popular subject, the film was criticized for poor writing and direction. ## Abhishek is now gearing up to start his next film and as per reports, he is working on a script that is about controversies surrounding the coronavirus and how it caused a global pandemic that claimed millions of lives. ## According to Bollywood Hungama, the filmmaker has finished the script which is an espionage thriller set in the backdrop of Wuhan or covid Virus. Though the movie managed to score around 100 crores worldwide, it was expected to do much better considering the fresh and intriguing subject.## Nonetheless, the talented filmmaker has moved on from the aforementioned film and now working to set his next, which is likely to be with John Abraham. Akshay Kumar's Action Adventure 'Ram Setu' Trailer Clocks Over 25 Million Views In The First 24-Hours

Mumbai, October 12 - Akshay Kumar-fronted action adventure Ram Setu is one of the most-awaited films and the trailer of the same was launched on October 11. The film, directed by Abhishek Sharma, is set in 2007 and it follows an archeologist who is investigating the nature of Ram Setu, known in English as Adam's Bridge.## The trailer has received a good response from the audience on YouTube. It was launched in Hindi along with Tamil and Telugu and clocked over 25 million views in the first 24 hours.
