Looking back at SummerSlam highlights, Cody Rhodes enters the ring and asks the Minneapolis crowd what they wanna talk about. He brings up Brock Lesnar, a local hero who trained at the University of Minnesota and praises his strength. Cody recalls surviving against Brock and then mentions a surprising moment – a handshake at Ford Field.##
Cody's mom told him that Brock had acknowledged him, which left him shocked. After SummerSlam, Cody feels confident and ready to take on anyone in the world. Suddenly, Seth Rollins interrupts, dressed for action. He greets everyone and mentions their previous encounters. He challenges Cody's claim of beating anyone, proposing a test. ##
Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley, and Dominik Mysterio enter. They assert their dominance, claiming to run Raw and dictate championship matters. Priest taunts Cody about Dom not being done with the beast, and Dom's words are drowned out by boos.##
Finn Balor attacks Seth, while Sami Zayn joins the fray, attacking Priest. Cody hits a CodyCutter on Dom and Sami takes down Finn. Cody offers a solution – a six-man tag match. He and Sami will team up with Seth.##

Number One Contender Match for the Intercontinental Championship: Ricochet Vs Chad Gable (with Maxxine Dupri and Otis) Vs Matt Riddle Vs Tommaso Ciampa ##
Chad grabs Ciampa with a waist lock, while Riddle does the same to Ricochet. Ricochet lands a kick on Ciampa. Riddle attempts a rollup on Ricochet, but Chad rolls him up, and Ricochet counters with a rollup of his own. The crowd starts a chant for Gable, and he acknowledges it. Ciampa kicks Riddle, who counters with an ankle lock. Gable applies an ankle lock on Ricochet. Riddle and Chad accidentally collide as Ciampa and Ricochet move to the outside.##
Gable maintains a waist lock on Riddle, persisting as Riddle tries to break free. Chad switches to a front face lock, but Riddle escapes. Ciampa hits both Riddle and Chad's heads together, then kicks Riddle and sends Gable out of the ring. Ricochet enters with a springboard clothesline and follows it up with a moonsault, almost getting a pin. Ricochet attempts to lift Ciampa onto his shoulders, but Ciampa slips away. In the backstage area, Sami converses with Cody, and Seth interrupts, expressing his displeasure about them discussing strategy without him. Seth voices his reluctance to be on a team with Cody.##
Sami acknowledges the history between Cody and Seth, and though he doesn't expect them to resolve their issues, he proposes a united front for the night. Sami recalls what happened to their friend Kevin Owens due to THE Judgment Day. He suggests that they work together to deal with THE Judgment Day.##
Cody agrees to the idea, and Seth reluctantly agrees as well, though he refrains from shaking Cody's hand. Cody and Seth go their separate ways. ##
Miz enters the backstage area while on the phone. He's instructed to wait by a production assistant, and we catch a glimpse of an LA Knight photo shoot.##

Shinsuke Nakamura Vs Bronson Reed ##
They lock up, and Reed cleanly breaks away. Another lock-up, and Reed pushes Nakamura into the corner, playfully patting him on the head. Reed applies a side headlock and follows up with a solid shoulder tackle. He taunts Nakamura, inviting him to bring it. Nakamura counters with knees and takes Reed down with a knee and kick. However, Nakamura misses a roundhouse kick, allowing Reed to take control with a waist lock, followed by a back elbow and a headbutt. Reed continues with shoulders in the corner, then lifts Nakamura onto his shoulders, but Nakamura attempts a sunset flip to no avail. Reed misses a seated splash, and Nakamura responds with a sliding knee and boot that send Reed to the outside, hitting the announce table. ##

We're back, and the Miz is reviewing highlights from the Battle Royal. He's questioning the respect shown to industry leaders. He showed up tonight and saw LA Knight being given priority over him. Miz, a veteran and locker room leader, believes in showing respect. He thinks that introducing oneself and shaking the hands of those who paved the way is essential. However, in the Battle Royal, LA Knight eliminated him without any introduction or handshake. ##
Interrupting, LA Knight heads to the ring. He wants to have a chat. Knight believes they had a good introduction during the Battle Royal. If Miz has an issue with that, Knight reintroduces himself (with the crowd's help). He extends his hand, but Miz declines. ##
Miz asserts that Knight hasn't earned the right to shake his hand. He claims Knight is trying to ride his coattails. Without Miz, Knight is nothing – no success, money, attractive wife, or charisma. Miz suggests Knight is just a passing trend, loved by the crowd for a short while. He mocks Knight, calling him an Attitude Era fanboy playing pretend in Miz's ring. ##
Knight clarifies he doesn't have a problem with Miz, but he warns against making it personal. Miz states that his career is personal and always has been, even after his achievements in WWE. He challenges Knight, asking him what he's done for the past 20 years. ##
Knight responds, explaining that he's been striving to become a dangerous man. He's been fighting from the outside looking in while WWE made questionable decisions, including investing in Miz. Knight patiently waited for his opportunity. He accuses Miz of having a 20-year head start, being complacent and taking whatever came his way. Knight shares that others thought he was too dangerous to be trusted. He claims to be untouchable, unlike Miz. He acknowledges Miz's championship successes but suggests his own career is on the rise while Miz's is declining. ##
Knight adds that if Miz wants to get personal, he's more than willing to use Miz as a stepping stone. Miz disagrees, asserting that he's the main event and Knight isn't on his level. ##
Knight challenges Miz to prove himself, as he's looking him in the eye. Miz, then, removes his jacket and throws it at Knight before throwing a punch. Knight evades the Skull Crushing Finale and delivers Blunt Force Trauma. ##
Next, we see the Viking Raiders in a different setting. Erik and Ivar introduce themselves and mention that they answered the call of the Gods. Valhalla presented them with a challenge, and they're prepared to offer a sacrifice. ##
Erik and Ivar (with Valhalla) Vs Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods ##
Woods and Erik kick off the action, with Woods delivering forceful forearms and corner clotheslines. Kofi tags in, and after Woods executes a belly-to-back suplex, Kofi follows up with a splash for a near fall. Woods re-enters the fray, landing a kick and setting up a combined splash from both Kofi and Woods for another near fall. Woods hits a back heel kick, but Valhalla's presence on the apron distracts him momentarily. Despite the distraction, Woods evades Erik's attack. However, Erik strikes back with a forearm, and Ivar takes over.##
Ivar unleashes a spin kick of doom on Kofi, followed by Erik's choke slam. Ivar follows up with a frog splash, coming close to a pin. Erik returns, and together they unleash a rapid flurry of forearms. Ivar executes a slam and punches Woods, while Erik tags in and lands a knee strike for another near fall. Erik applies a reverse chin lock to maintain control.##
Woods counters with an elbow to Ivar on the apron and then executes a tornado DDT on Erik. Kofi tags in, delivering a springboard clothesline followed by a corner splash. He proceeds with a double jump cross body to Ivar, setting up the Boom Drop and connecting with it. Kofi readies himself for Trouble in Paradise, but Ivar dodges, causing Kofi to miss. Kofi counters Ivar's spin kick of doom and goes for an SOS, earning a near fall. Ivar responds with a seated splash in the corner, leading to Erik's tag.##
Ivar strikes Woods, while Erik delivers a knee strike for yet another near fall. Ivar tags back in, and Kofi counters a head scissors with a kick. Woods tags in, executing Trouble in Paradise on Kofi's opponent and performing a flip dive onto Erik. Woods then lands a springboard elbow drop, securing the three-count for the victory. ##

Byron is joined by Becky Lynch, discussing her upcoming match next week. However, the conversation is interrupted by Shayna Baszler.##

Damian Priest, Finn Balor and Dominik Mysterio (with Rhea Ripley) Vs Shinsuke Nakamura, Seth Rollins, and Cody Rhodes ##
Nakamura and Balor kick things off, but Priest decides to tag himself in before any action starts. Dom also tags himself in, resulting in a three-way interaction. Nakamura delivers knees to Dom and even stands on his face. He follows up with a knee drop. Priest drags Dom out of the ring, prompting Nakamura to urge another man to join the action. Dom then tags in Finn, who attempts to surprise Nakamura from behind, but Nakamura catches him. Finn responds with punches, while Nakamura counters with his own punches and places Finn on the turnbuckles for a midsection knee strike. Cody tags in and lands punches on Finn. Cody also hits a knee to Finn's midsection. He applies a wrist lock before tagging Nakamura, as Seth doesn't seem interested.##

Priest readies for South of Haven, but Nakamura counters with a knee and kick. Seth tags in and knocks Finn and Dom off the apron. He performs a leap over Priest and executes a sling blade. Seth follows up with a suicide dive onto Priest, and they reenter the ring. Seth performs another suicide dive, this time targeting Finn. He bounces off the ropes for a springboard move, but Priest counters with an uppercut and a leaping flatliner. Balor tags in and delivers a running drop kick, sending Seth into the ringside barrier. Finn applies an arm bar, and Seth breaks free with a jawbreaker. Finn goes for an arm bar and attempts an abdominal stretch, but he can't secure the hold. Seth uses a hip toss to escape. Priest lands a forearm, causing Seth to stumble into the ropes. Seth responds with a chest kick, but Priest prevents him from reaching for the tag. Seth delivers forearms, yet he's unable to make the tag. Priest executes a hammerlock clothesline, resulting in a near fall. ##
Dom enters the match and chokes Seth against the ropes. Rhea interferes by hitting Seth with her title belt. Dom follows up with a suplex and holds on for a second one. He rolls through and adds a shimmy before attempting a third suplex. Dom knocks Nakamura off the apron, and Seth counters with a clothesline. Finn and Cody tag in, with Cody performing a back elbow. Cody then lands a kick and follows up with a drop-down uppercut. He executes a Beautiful Disaster to knock Priest off the apron. Cody proceeds with a power slam on Finn. Finn blocks a CodyCutter and responds with an elevated elbow drop, almost securing a pinfall. Finn runs into a thrust kick from Cody, who follows up with the CodyCutter for another close near fall. Priest kicks Nakamura, and Rollins lands a forearm on Priest. Balor clotheslines Seth to the outside. ##
Cody prepares for CrossRhodes, but Priest intervenes, striking Cody with the briefcase. Sami then attacks Priest, sending him over the announce table. Seth delivers a super kick into the briefcase and into Finn's face. Cody capitalizes with a CrossRhodes, securing the three-count victory. ##
