Milap Zaveri was roped in to direct Mastii 4, replacing Indra Kumar, who directed the first three films of the franchise. Masti 4 has silently been in production, and as per the latest update, the shoot has been completed, with post-production happening at a brisk pace. According to a report by Pinkvilla, the upcoming film is touted to be a story-led comedy, similar to the first Masti film, where the director is opting for the Reverse Masti approach. The comic caper franchise has been built upon the concept of extramarital affairs, and the fourth film will also see both men and women indulging in the same. Meanwhile, the star cast of the film has expanded this time, as the makers have assembled a massive ensemble for the project. Mumbai, December 22 - Bollywood film producer Anand Pandit joins hands with Eros International and Parag Sanghvi to produce the sequel to Desi Boyz and the remake of Omkara. Rohit Shetty Gives Major Update on Shooting of Ajay Devgn-Fronted 'Singham 3'

Mumbai, August 1 - The hit machine of Bollywood, Rohit Shetty is increasing the bar high for his next cop drama film Singham 3 with Ajay Devgn returning in the title role. While the filmmaker is currently busy in the post-production of Ranveer Singh-fronted "Cirkus", he has already started preparation for "Singham 3". ## During a recent interview with Pinkvilla, the maverick filmmaker revealed his plans for the third installment of the Singham franchise. Previously, it was reported that the shooting of "Singham 3" will start by the end of this year, however, Shetty confirmed that it will go on the floor in April next year as Ajay Devgn is busy with his current commitments. ## "We have already started working on Singham 3. It has been a long time since I made an out-and-out Singham film. We start the shoot next year in April. Ajay Sir is busy with his commitments and I am also busy with Cirkus. It is going to be the biggest cop universe ever that we have made to date", the filmmaker told. ## The man behind India's first cinematic cop universe (Singham, Simmba, Sooryavanshi), also confirmed that a female cop film will also happen soon in his cop universe, however, the details on the same are yet to be known. ## Meanwhile, Rohit Shetty is also working on his digital debut cop series, fronted by Sidharth Malhotra.
