Chennai, November 7 - Legendary Kamal Haasan's action drama film Thug Life with maverick director Mani Ratnam will have a grand worldwide release on June 5, 2025, the makers officially announced on Thursday with a teaser. ## Recently, it was reported that the film might be released during the Tamil New Year weekend on April 10 and clash with Prabhas-fronted The Raja Saab. Chennai, October 26 - Legendary duo of Kamal Haasan and director Mani Ratnam joined forces 36 years after Nayakan for the action drama film Thug Life. It is jointly produced by Raaj Kamal Films International and Madras Talkies and has been one of the most-anticipated Tamil movies in the making. ## The principal photography of Thug Life has been completed and the movie is currently in the post-production stage. Meanwhile, the film's release date has reportedly been revealed and a possible box office face-off is looming large. ## According to the latest Tamil media reports, Thug Life will be released on April 10, 2025, in multiple languages. This would mean a direct clash with Pan India superstar Prabhas-fronted horror-comedy The Raja Saab which is already scheduled to hit the big screen on the same day. ## Subject to the official announcement, Thug Life will be released during the Tamil New Year, an ideal date for Tamil movies to cash in at the box office. Ram Charan Announces Shoot Wrap For 'Game Changer'

Hyderabad, July 8 - Telugu superstar Ram Charan announced on social media that he has wrapped up shooting for the highly-anticipated Pan India movie Game Changer with director S. Shankar, and the release date of the film will be announced soon. ## It has been a long journey for the actor on the Game Changer shoot which commenced in October 2021 and after almost three years, it has finally been completed.
