All-Time Blockbuster 'Baahubali' To Re-Release Worldwide In October 2025
Hyderabad, April 28 - Director SS Rajamouli's epic blockbuster Baahubali - The Beginning is returning to the big screen in India and internationally in October 2025, producer Shobu Yarlagadda confirmed on social media on Monday.



The period action drama, starring superstar Prabhas in the titular role, is often credited as a path-breaking Indian film, which broke the language barrier and emerged as one of the biggest Indian blockbusters ever.



Producer Shobu Yarlagadda had earlier hinted about the re-release of the movie, and on Monday, he confirmed the same. The filmmaker also revealed that unseen assets, along with a few surprises, will be unveiled regarding the film, leading to its reissue in October this year.



Originally released in July 2015, Baahubali was the second highest-grossing Indian film at that time with a worldwide collection of 650 crores. It was the first South Indian film to score 100 crores net collection in the dubbed Hindi version.
