However, there might be an additional runtime for the upcoming blockbuster. ## According to the report by Mid-Day, the Hrithik Roshan and Jr. NTR-starrer was originally censored by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) on August 6, with an approved runtime of 183 minutes. However, YRF has submitted for re-conser with a new runtime of 173 minutes. ## The shorter theatrical cut is now reportedly much more aligned with the makers' original vision. It is said that the team didn't want to compromise on the pace of the Ayan Mukerji-directed film, especially in the second half. To deliver a tighter, more gripping film, it was reportedly decided by the team that they would edit the film further and resubmit. ## Meanwhile, there have been blockbuster reports about the War 2's post-credit scene. The film is directed by Ayan Mukerji, marking his debut Spy Universe film. ## Ahead of the grand worldwide release, War 2 has crossed the 500K interest mark on BookMyShow, India's leading ticketing platform. With this feat, War 2 becomes only the seventh Bollywood film to enter this elite club, joining Shah Rukh Khan's mega blockbusters like Pathaan and Jawan, among other films. ## What makes this milestone even more impressive is that War 2 has reportedly achieved the 500K mark in record time. Mumbai, August 2, 2025 - Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan scored a major achievement by winning the Best Actor award for the film Jawan at the 71st National Film Awards, announced on August 1st. This also happened to be SRK's first-ever National Award in his 33-year career. ## Jawan director Atlee took to social media to celebrate SRK's maiden National Award victory. The filmmaker shares an emotional and heartfelt tribute, congratulating the superstar and trusting him for the mega blockbuster film like Jawan. ## "Feeling blessed, @iamsrk sir.
