Ajay Devgn Opens Up On His 'Runway 34' Clashing With Tiger Shroff's 'Heropanti 2' At The Box Office

Mumbai, April 19 - Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgn has been a lucky charm for the Hindi film industry during the covid-19 pandemic as he had a role in all the hit films except "The Kashmir Files". After playing cameo roles in "Sooryavanshi", "Gangubai Kathiawadi", and "RRR", the superstar is now gearing up to release his own movie, "Runway 34" on Eid this year. ## Ajay Devgn has played the lead role in "Runway 34" apart from directing and producing it. The film is inspired by the true event of the Jet Airways Doha to Kochi flight 9W 555, a Boeing 737–800 aircraft that had a narrow escape on 18 August 2015, after facing difficulties landing at the Cochin International Airport due to bad weather and unclear visibility at 5:45 in the morning.## The "Tanhaji" actor will be sharing screen space with Legendary Amitabh Bachchan once again in the movie apart from reuniting with Rakul Preet Singh. Scheduled to release on April 29 during the Eid weekend, "Runway 34" will be clashing with Tiger Shroff's "Heropanti 2" at the box office. ## The clash between "Runway 34" and "Heropanti 2" will be the first major box office clash between two outright Hindi films. Ajay Devgn, however, is looking cool as he feels that both movies are different and have their own set of audiences. In simple words, "Runway 34" is a class audience movie while "Heropanti 2" has been made to target the mass audiences. ## "There is no clash. Both are different films. Tiger Shroff kickstarts final schedule of 'Heropanti 2'

Mumbai, Dec 31 (IANS) Action star Tiger Shroff recently updated his fans through his social media that he has started the last leg of 'Heropanti 2' schedule. ## Tiger took to his Instagram story to share the poster of the film as he wrote on the picture, "Time to suit up again for one last sched #heropanti2 #eid2022." ## The poster features Tiger in a John Wick - esque avatar as he aims guns from atop a sports car. Release Dates Of Much-Awaited Films Prithviraj, Laal Singh Chaddha, 83, Bachchan Pandey, Jersey, Among Others Announced

Mumbai, September 26 - The government of Maharashtra, on September 25, announced that the theaters in the state will be permitted to operate from October 22. The announcement came after filmmaker Rohit Shetty among others met the state CM and urged him to reopen theaters as it is the biggest market for Hindi films. ## Upon the good news, Shetty announced the release date of his long-awaited "Sooryavanshi" on Diwali this year. This actually paves the way for other filmmakers and studios to follow the suit and finalize the premiere dates of their pending films that include medium to big-budget films. ## Yash Raj Films was one of the firsts to announce the release dates of its four movies. Akshay Kumar and Manushi Chillar starrer historical drama film "Prithviraj" has been confirmed to debut in theaters on January 21, 2022. Jayeshbhai Jordaar, starring Ranveer Singh Shalini Pandey, will now hit theaters on 25 February 2022 while Ranbir Kapoor's "Shamshera" arrives on March 18, 2022. ## "Laal Singh Chaddha", one of the highly awaited films starring superstar Aamir Khan, has been pushed to Valentine's Day weekend in 2022 from Christmas 2021. Tiger Shroff's Heropanti 2 Shoot To Resume In July In Russia

Mumbai, June 9, 2021: Tiger Shroff starrer Heropanti 2 was one of the first films to begin shooting after the lockdown was lifted last year. However, the second wave of the covid-19 pandemic again forced the production to be paused as most of the states went into lockdown including Maharasthra. ## Now, as the Covid lockdown is seeing some relaxation, most of the films are ready to resume production. Heropanti 2, which also stars Tara Sutaria, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, will head to Russia in July to shoot the next schedule of this action entertainer. ## The cast will start shooting in Moscow followed by St. Petersburg in Russia next month. Apart from filming some major action sequences, the team will also shoot a song in Russia.## "The team is planning to shoot major action sequences and a song in Moscow and St Petersburg. The team has been scouting the perfect locations along with the local team there", a source close to the development revealed to ANI. ## "We are also in talks with multiple stunt designers to get the larger-than-life action sequences and one of them is Martin Ivano who is known for his work in Skyfall (2012), The Bourne Ultimatum (2007), and The Bourne Supremacy (2004). Sajid Sir is making sure that all the crew members are vaccinated before the teams fly to Russia", the source added. ## The source also informed that producer Sajid Nadiadwala of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment is making sure that all the cast and crew of Heropanti 2 are vaccinated before they leave for their schedule in Russia. ## Heropanti 2, which is a sequel to 2014's Heropanti, is being directed by Ahmed Khan. Tiger had made his Bollywood debut with Heropanti which was directed by Sabbir Khan. Tiger Shroff Set To Take Action To The Next Level With Four Back To Back Movies

Tiger Shroff's rise as an actor has been phenomenal. After making his debut in 2014 with the romantic-action film "Heropanti", the young actor has been unstoppable and has consistently given superhit films except for "A Flying Jatt" in 2016. ## Only eight movies of experience, the 30-year old's last release, Baaghi 3 was a potential 100 crore club success ((which just stopped at Rs. 96.5 crore due to theaters shutting down in March).
