The movie is to be produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under his banner Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and the official announcement of the same was made on Wednesday, December 18. ## Announcing the film, the production house unveiled the entire main cast which includes Triptii Dimri as the female lead with Randeep Hooda and Nana Patekar in the prominent roles. The makers also confirmed that the shoot of this untitled film will start on January 6 and it will be released in theaters worldwide on December 5, 2025. ## The upcoming film marks Shahid and Vishal Bhardwaj's third film together after critically acclaimed Haider and Kaminey. Makers Unveil A Powerful First Look Teaser of Randeep Hooda-Fronted 'Swatantra Veer Savarkar'

Mumbai, May 28 - On the occasion of the 140th birth anniversary of India's one of most influential freedom fighters, Veer Savarkar, the makers of Swatantra Veer Savarkar unveiled a powerful first-look teaser.## The movie stars Randeep Hooda as Veer Savarkar and the teaser gives a glimpse into his solid performance. The 1 minute and 13 seconds video shows glimpses of an unrecognized Randeep Hooda as social activist Veer Savarkar. ## The teaser promises to have asked tough questions, and one of them is who killed Veer Savarkar's history. One of the major highlights of the teaser is when Savarkar says that Mahatma Gandhi wasn't wrong, but India could have won freedom 35 years earlier if he would have not followed his non-violence ideology. ## Through teaser, the makers have also claimed that Savarkar inspired great freedom fighters like Bhagat Singh, Subash Chandra Bose, and Khudiram Bose.## Randeep Hooda has himself directed as well as co-produced this flick under Randeep Hooda films. During the teaser launch, the actor said, "Savarkar led an incredible life, and as I learned more about him while researching for my film, I have come to admire him tremendously. So it gives me immense pleasure to share a sneak peek into our film on his 140th birthday". ## The movie is produced by Anand Pandit, Randeep Hooda, Sandeep Singh, Sam Khan & Yogesh Rahar and co-produced by, Roopa Pandit, Rahul V Dubey, Anwar Ali, and Panchali Chakraverty.
